She has dedicated her time, inside and outside of work, to advocate for families of children with disabilities and special healthcare needs to ensure they receive quality services and support their families needs.

Our Early Intervention Director is Gail Loftsgard, MS ECSE. Gail has worked in Early Intervention for more than 20 years. She is dedicated to helping parents feel confident in promoting and supporting their child’s growth and development.

Prior to me joining Encompass, I spent almost five years as a full time Direct Support Professional. Over those years I came to understand the importance of providing reliable, patient, and nurturing support to families. I’ve joined Encompass to expand my impact on these families and am thrilled to be on a team of advocates who genuinely care about providing services at the highest quality.
I was born in Fargo but spent my formative years in Colorado. Twelve years later I’m still adjusting to the weather. In my free time I enjoy making music and watching my various sports teams periodically disappoint me.
