Most individuals access Day Habilitation through referrals from Developmental Disability Program Managers (DDPMs), who partner with individuals and families to explore service options. At Encompass, we value collaboration, advocacy, and education, and we are happy to help answer questions and guide you through next steps.
Individuals and families are also welcome to contact our office directly to learn more about our Day Habilitation program or to schedule a tour or meet-and-greet. Visiting the program in person is a great way to see our environment, meet our team, and determine if Day Habilitation at Encompass is the right fit.
